Offering more indoor space than the standard package, this tastefully restored warehouse is perfect for larger events or productions. The wood-paneled walls, exposed steel beams, and concrete floors offer a beautiful modern industrial & authentic Austin feel. The West Hall high-ceilings provide room for specialty equipment, and a large sliding door makes for easy commercial loading and unloading. A staircase gives access to a secret VIP Room and The Balcony which overviews the West Hall and serves as an AV stage and/or lounge.  

Off of the main room you’ll find a smaller annex, The Observatory, with plenty of natural light falling in overhead from skylight windows, and beautifully finished white walls. This area can be partitioned off to create a separate space for events such as cooking classes or wine tastings. Outside sits the private West Courtyard perfect for alfresco dining or gatherings. Across from the West Courtyard is The West Bar furnished with a long wooden bar and several high top tables. The serving area is fully equipped with beer taps, refrigerators, and commercial sinks. 

The West Hall is perfect for live music, screenings, presentations, and ceremonies, as well as studio productions.
