This small but mighty turnkey studio (≈ 300 sq ft) features a high ceiling (16-23ft), a large, South-facing window, a vintage wood wall, two sets of seamless, a 12ft Foba studio stand, and an adjacent kitchenette/lounge (≈ 320 sq ft) for craft services and H&M. Flexible enough to support small video sets, the curved steel staircase offers a compelling background and easy access to a high vantage point for production and BTS. A service door accesses a secluded back patio behind the shed bar w/ standing tables & stools. A great spot to take a break!

$100/hr (3hr minimum). ALL DAY RATE: $750
Mon - Fri: 5pm - 9pm
$150/hr (3hr minimum). ALL NIGHT RATE: $500
